Sorry I've gone off the boil a bit recently guys, but it looked like this was all falling into place and I knew vaguely what I was doing with my life but now it looks like I could move to Portsmouth.

What's it like? I know it's a navy town and it doesn't have a good rep but what else?

Does it have any kind of music scene? Nice places to live, in the city or near it? Any experience of people travelling to and from London a lot to do gigs and stuff?
