DIET THREAD: do you have a diet plan? if so SHARE it here
I've been losing a steady, healthy 2-3 pounds a week for the past 5 weeks after stress made me over-eat for a couple weeks and put on a stone. I'm right on track to reach my target weight just before Xmas, at which point family meals will put a stone back on.
However there might be a better diet for you, that may be a better diet for me? My diet is partly to do with some organ problems (no wahey) i've had recently but it is good anyway. Here it is:
BREAKFAST:
Bottle of Dr Pepper & a Yorkie Bar. It is good to have sugar in the morning, and you burn it off.
LUNCH:
Something to eat. Must not contain grain.
DINNER:
Chicken or Fish with vegetables. Occasionally something else. Must not contain grain.
TREAT:
Banana or Orange on way home from work.
EXERCISE:
100 press-ups every day before dinner. Gym 3 times a week.
How about you? In what way are you keeping off the excess pounds, if indeed you are?
