There's always a green pepper left if we buy one of those ubiquitous three-packs from the supermarket. None of the recipes I have seem to use green peppers, only yellow and red, and that's because they just seem to cook better and taste nicer.

So, uses for green peppers? Stuffing and roasting them, I guess...
