Exercise Thread of Doom
It's been a while since one of these.
How's it going with your routines etc?
Seem to be a lot of students in the gym I go to at the moment, and for some reason they all seem to bench-press in groups of 3. But never squat or deadlift.
I'm once again attempting to gain weight by eating more and lifting heavy stuff. (Or heavy stuff comparative to my bodyweight anyhow..) Got a load of protein stuff from the internets so I can have more calories. So far my favourites are instant oats with mint chocolate whey protein, it's pretty tasty. Anyone else on here attempting to bulk up a bit?
Current goals are to deadlift 315lbs before the end of the year, and get up to 20 pullups. And be less shit at bench pressing.
