and the smell is seeping into my apartment and it literally smells like i have a smoking roommate. i told him about it and i got a "oh, sorry" but it carried on. on the one hand it seems arrogant to expect him to start smoking outside just for me but then on the other i just think why should i have to put up with it? i'm pretty sure the landlord allows smoking, gonna ask her about it later though.

there's not much i can do, just think it's funny that you're supposed to respect the rights of smokers even though it's a hideously antisocial thing to be doing.
