Here's the SITCH

Folks got a parking ticket outside my flat the other day, will cost them £65. Now, on the ticket, the registration plate is wrong, the warden has put an 'F' instead of an 'E'

Does this matter? Does this mean we can be seedy and get away with it? Bit risky as if it's not paid off within two weeks it will double to £130.

What a ruddy dilemma.
