Yeah there's like a wooden barrier that guides the queue for the self-service tills and i had to go under it and i'm not very flexible, so i had to drop to my knees, and then when i tried to stand up i was in a hurry cos i feel like being on the floor is really undignified and embarrassing, so i lost balance and slammed into the tills.
