if someone said 'Pink Floyd are shit', people will be like, fair enough not your thing.

but if you say this about TV shows - in my experience anyway - people get really wound up and defensive. i even had a friend tell me before that his opinion was more valid on a certain TV show because he was a film student. and that i was simply wrong for not enjoying it.
