After losing the High Court infringement proceedings with respect to a registered design right and several Samsung products, Apple were ordered to put up a notice on their website publicizing this fact.

They did, but added some factually inaccurate stuff in addition to the Court's supplied wording. They were then told to fix it within 48 hours after claiming it would take 14 days to fix it because of "technical reasons"

A link to the new notice is up now... but they've used Javascript to ensure that no matter what resolution you use or the size of your browser window, the link to the notice won't be visible until you scroll down.
I kind of admire their sheer bare-faced cheekiness.
