like not even a sauce jar, not even a paste jar. sometimes it is easy to use a paste jar and some coconut milk. if you don't do this, how do you produce sauce. veg and meat is easy. even there are some spices you can use. but what actual material becomes the sauce? milk? stock? do you make a curry right from scratch but using NO products?
