Has anyone ever tried this before>?

The idea is to write a 50,000 word novel in a month - the notion being to just start writing, you can edit and tidy later.

I've decided after years of forgetting or missing it that I'm going to try it this year. Any fellow DiSers in? (they say you should declare it publicly as your friends will shame you into carrying on.
