I tend to see a lot of hugging happen around me when people haven't seen people we work with in a little while. Its usually only girls and guys. I'm not really sure if I'm expected to hug or kiss anyone when I haven't seen them for a while....so I just don't because I don't want to hug or kiss anyone I work with.
