I mean you still get the same electric and gas don't you? They just transfer over the account rather than doing a physical thing ensuring so your gas and electric comes from another place. So how do you practically 'switch'? Do all electric and gas companies pay a certain share of the pie for electric and gas and it shifts depending on how many customers they have?
