Job interviews for internal positions...
So...if you're rejected for an internal job that they've not filled yet, is it a good idea to create a new manifesto based on your interview feedback and ask to be reconsidered for the position? Or is that a bit needy?
They said i'd interviewed very well, but fell short on lack of team leading experience, I'm planning to go back tomorrow and ask to gain experience via either a mentor, or a training course. Are they going to laugh in my face?
