With it being Dave Cameron's bday today I was just wondering whether someone like that has any time at all to celebrate it.

Brought to mind that bit out of The Thick Of It where he gets caught having champers in the middle of the day for his anniversary. Any stories in the real world like this?

I guess if it was in August it'd be easier as they have naff all to do over the summer.
