Hi....I was chatting to some chap the other night and he inspired me. He told me, every day that he tries to do one good thing a day. not a massive thing, just one nice act of human kindness.
Stuff like - saying have a nice day to someone who looks a bit down in Boots
- helping an old person with their shopping
- other stuff
this got my fragile mind twisted...but bottom line, I'm gonna do this from now on. something small, but completely altruistic.
I expect many, many cynical posts, but some good stuff too.
please contribute/mock whatever. doesn't matter really.
