Books (particularly FAO of Verbal)
Hey,
Would have used Twitter but it's fux0rd right now.
Finished An Instance of the Fingerpost by Iain Pears. It's a good book although the nature of four different narrators telling the same story from different viewpoints can make it a bit boring to go over some bits again. Still, there's a lot of post-English Civil War history in there so I guess you'd get more out of it than me as one who studies it.
He also did a book I read called Stone's Fall which is mainly set from the middle of the 19th C to pre-war 20th C, which I think is a slightly better mystery tale. Both are good, though.
So books, you've all been reading?
I bought Ready Player One this morning on Kindle but I've not yet started it.
