I don't mean good or bad, just bloody odd.

I remember I was in Chorley not so long ago. Nothing particularly strange about that, apart from that I can't remember seeing a single tree. It was a bit like some depiction of the North by smelly Guardian readers who've never been North of Watford and wish we were all stinky lesbian muesli-protractors.
