Where a man dressed as Santa gets towed along the roads in a little trailer grotto covered in lights, playing really cheesy Christmas music whilst he waves at everyone. Then women dressed as elves come and collect money off you and your neighbours for an unknown charity.

And every one congregates outside their houses waving at Santa.
