Anybody got into this?

I thought I'd give it a go, so have subscribed to the Tim Lovejoy show from Sundays on Virgin Radio. It's free, and every show you can just download a sort of 'highlights' file (this one is just over an hour)

Basically, anybody else got into this? What shows are worth subscribing to?
