Basically there's some advert showing call centre workers as chickens and the Call Centre Association Ltd failed to get it removed on the grounds that it portrayed call centre workers in a bad light and might encourage abuse.

I love the last line:
The CCA - which believes that the industry already has a poor reputation among the public - is considering an appeal.

Possibly they should look at making sure industry can do a better job? Surely the reputation is a result of something other than adverts...
