I got to the till with milk and beer, and was listening to some music. I thought that I'd be rude, and not take out my headphones as I paid, as the woman looked like she was a bit disinterested anyway. Then she said something, which I didn't hear, so I took out my headphones and said 'Sorry?'. She said 'Do you have a nectar card?'. My brain spazzed out at this, and for some reason I responded 'Don't you mean a Clubcard'. This stunned the poor lady and as she looked into my eyes in amazement, I grabbed the receipt, and half ran off. I thought 'YEAAAAH, take THAT society'.
