So, what breakfast cereals do you eat to set you up for a hard day of flouting your employer's internet usage policy?

I've really got into Alpen over the last year. I'm on the no added sugar variant at the moment, but am considering a switch to Alpen high fruit.

There's also some Honey Nut Cheerios in the kitchen, but I've gone off those. The entire Dorset Cereals reange is AMAZING, but I consume far too much cereal to justify the expense.
