Autumn Internationals Thread

LordLuciusBanter [Edit] [Delete] 11:45, 13 November '09

So, more action this weekend after losses for England and Wales

Wales will play a weakened team and meander past Samoa by a couple of points.

Fiji could spring a surprise againt Scotland, but the problem with the Pacific Island teams is they never want to slog it up front, and alwasy want to play 7s. If Scotland's pack can bully them around then they'll control the game - not that their backs can do anything with the ball

England Argentina will be the most boring game of all time. I really wouldn't want to be playing on the wing in this one, you'll get mighty cold. I think Argentina will do England, and I'm going to put money on it too.

Then on Sunday, Ireland vs Australia. No game involving Aus is ever boring, and this, along with their game against Wales could be an absolute classic. Reishing the battle of the back rows; Elsom, Smith and Palou vs Ferris, Heaslip and Wallace? Yum yum! And hopefully two historic Irish triumphs at Croker in 2 days!
