is it just me or does anyone else think it way too soon for him to be given awards like this? the man's just starting the process of building international accord on any number of issues from disarmament to economic rebuilding. surely awards like this should be given after the work has been done and the achievement made clear, not during the process.

i'm a massive fan of the guy but this seems to be an award just for trying.
