quitting smoking
right, after acquiring this unsavoury habit, I have decided enough is enough. I am currently working my way through my last ten pack, after which I will have over a week without having the means to get a cigarette.
So, people of DiS, have you any tips to make the week ahead more bearable than usual? For the record, I won't be going out much socially, with my days going in the format of work -> gym -> ps3 -> bed.
