My birthday is coming up and I want to go to a nice pub that's quite central that doesn't have FUCKING LOUD LOUD music that serves food like chips and that and has a nice atmosphere and decently priced beers and isn't totally trendy and that is open until 1am.

Can anyone suggest a venue?

I was thinking of the Rising Sun beside Goodge St., but I don't know if that would close at 11pm on a Friday?
