having to train new people at work

michael_w [Edit] [Delete] 18:09, 16 November '08

so i will have a new work buddy tomorrow and ill have to show them the ropes. im really dreading it because at work i subscribe to the 'keep your head down and just get through it' school of thought, so ive always been willing to play the mute subordinate for an easy life.... but with this im in charge so ill have to be on my toes all day long and 'interacting' with whatever poor sod gets made my partner.

so what way should i take it...i think either

a) i just spit out what we do straight and get on with it, all normal and pleasant like.

b) i play the hip teacher role... 'whatever man....do that if you want...i dont give a shit...fucking corprate pigs innit?...fuck em...here look...ill wipe my cock around the sink if i want...look..see?...whatever the fuck i want'

c) i get all hard on them like im a wheezing japenese oldie with a lazy eye and a snowy tash... 'dont even think about touching the till before you've mastered washing up'....'did you just look at the customer?...no eye contact yet, you havent earned it'.

d) dont say a word and just leave them to it and tell them to pick it up as they go along

e) go for a gag...like....give them a sheet of tiolet paper and tell them to wash the floor, and see if they go to do it.

so these...or another of your choosing
