Some of you may remember my attempts to integrate a phrase into your daily lexicon. That phrase was "Good one, Craig" and to a very very minor extent it worked. True story.

Now, however, I've got a hot new word that oozes class. It's Europe's most positive expression and it's set to be on the lips of all of this generation's most important movers and shakers.
