Hi i bought a Zune from USA via Ebay and paid with paypal.
When the zune gets here, it doesn't work properly, so i try to contact the seller. He doesn't reply for a while, so i open a dispute, to which he eventually replies. He tells me as soon as he recieves the item he will refund me. I send it via special recorded mail shizzle and he says he hasn't got it (i sent it on 27/10)
Anyway, the dispute with paypal has now closed and i cannot reopend it.

Does anybody know what i should/can do now? I have looked in to it, but cannot re-open the dispute....
