This came to mind when watching local news the day after the American election last week. They obviously wanted to talk about Obama and stuff cos it was such a landmark but they were really scraping the barrel when they came up with....
"Coming up next... Barrack Obama went to this man's stag-do. We'll be talking to him after this."
