Went out last night as a colleague is leaving. Took 20quid out, spend penny none as everyone kept buying rounds and then went home. Four of us stayed until 11.35, by which time I had made the girl who is leaving cry. I woke up this morning at seven feeling rough as, but to my surprise I found that I had cooked a pizza when I got home and had left seven slices before going to sleep. Cold pizza brekky, yummy.

Now alternating between coca cola and water to perk me up.
