right, I've got to collect and drive a friends car from a garage to his house for him, cause it broke down here in Nottingham and we live in the same village in Leicester. I work in Nottingham, makes sense yeah. Insurance issues sorted etc.

Except:

1) I hate garages. I do not belong in garages. I will make a prick out of myself.

2) I haven't driven a manual transmission car for about a decade. Yeah, i've parked my dads van twice during this period, but seriously, I'm fucking terrified. Anyone else been lame enough to settle for automatics only to be confronted by the horror of the clutch and gearstick again?
