I've never met or spoken to the guy, but I'm starting to get a flavour of what he's about.

After a couple of months of pestering him to replace the broken washing machine (one the arguments he used in mitigation was "I've had my washing machine for 10 years and it still works fine" - Great logic, fucknut! I guess we should reconsider our daily sledgehammer attack on ours then), I find that he's finally delivered a new one.

And left the old one on the pavement outside our house, surrounding by random tubes and bolts.

What's the deal with this now? Do councils usually take things like this away or am I going to have to hire a van?
