This does not constitute a reasonable request.

Either

a) It's urgent to you in which case you'll make time to do it.

b) It isn't urgent to you in which case you won't make time to do it.

But in either case it is utterly unreasonable to put the onus for doing something urgently on someone else who may not have time/may have more important things to do.
