does anyone know if the sites where you pay to search the elctoral roll definately have everybody's addresses or can people opt out? My old landlord has been ignoring emails about our deposit for months, need his address incase we need to go down the legal route and I know his agents wont pass on details, so if I pay on one of his sites will the information be there? are there any other ways of finding out this stuff?
