Reet, so i've bought series one to three of this despite having never watched it and only having a brief scope of what it is about. I bought it for three reasons mainly:
1) It is frequently cited as the best tv show ever made.
2) I had an increase in my disposable income (take that, economics) and so had means
3) I need something to while away the evenings now i've sat through band of brothers.

So I ask, DiSers in the know...what am I letting myself in for?
