My mp3 has decided to pack up so I am on the hunt for a new one. I have had three Creative players in the past couple of years but, while I like them to use, they haven't lasted very long and I've found their customer service to be pretty poor. So I'm moving on.

I am thinking about a Sony, possibly something like this (but not pink):

Any views? And are all players compatible with Windows Media Player these days (this is an important factor)?
