So, I lost my phone at a club. I was on a post-Iceland high and thought "hey, it'll turn up..". Last time I lost it, it was in a changing room in a clothes shop and it was back in my hand a few days later.

This time, I called the promoter, who said he'd look around the venue and get back to me. So I waited.

It's been used every day to call Canada, Africa, Ireland, the USA... to the tune of £500. Probably, it was nicked from my coat and has been rented out cheap by some scammer.

Phone company says it's my fault for not having it disconnected. No insurance. Police say they'll check against the numbers but doubt anything can be done.
