Clint Eastwood is the most badass actor of the last century. Forget your Bruce Lee, your Arnie, your Sly, your John Wayne, no one has the simmering violence and restrained psychotic power that Clint holds in in every pore of his rapidly maturing body. I think he's getting better with age. The only actor getting close is Gary Busey.
