Ok help, the time thing's fucked me already

My phone says it's 4.36, my laptop says it's 3.36. I haven't changed the time on either. I rly need to know cuz like, flights etc... BAD DAY TO FLY me thinks, what if the airline forgets, anyway, I'm in France (duh) so what time is it in the UK, taking into account the clocks going back.
