I've said it before, but for those who don't know, I'm going completely offline (OFF THE GRID sounds cooler) for the entire month of November to write a novel, finally get a job, and to slowly return to society.

However, as a registered member of the Church of Scotland, I started wondering - should I go to a Sunday service just for the hell of it? I need inspiration for my NANOWRIMO book, and I'm starting to wonder if I can turn my current cold, logical Atheism back into the childlike wonder of my 5 year old Christian self . Can they convert me with one service? Will I find Jesus?

Did any of you leave the church during your teen years and get fleeting curiosity to go back?
