i used to know someone who was the biggest bullshitter ever. they would spout bullshit in such an annoying manner and give it out in such a way that was so beyond the comprehension of normal discourse that it was impossible to decide on what level you were going to challenge him....

an example:
"I saw a man on the bus today who had two beards".
"what do you mean he had two beards?"
"well just instead of the one, he had two like"
"right but.. what was... how did he... what the fuck are you talking about?!"
"he just had two beards man, chill out"
