no person should be put through this.....god...it still fells like its in there....why wouldn't it just go up or down.....up or down bogey, up or down....in or out....why did it stay in my throat for so long, no matter how much i retched and coughed...... for so, so long....so long...the horror....the horror.......ugh i feel faint...
