I am completely shit at this game. I follow what I assume to be decent, sensible tactics (i.e. if my players are crap at crossing i won't instruct them to do crossing, if they are short don't use them as a target man, use my player who has the best marking as a man marker), pretty basic stuff. But I am always sacked by christmas.

Please give me all your tips, tactics and player recommendations and stuff.
