Hello,

Our previous lettings agents still haven't returned our deposit, even though we moved out on August 31st. We moved in before the government ruled that landlords are now meant to return deposits within one month, but this is still taking far too long.

We've sent them all the necessary proof of final payments to utility companies, but they still won't budge. We just keep getting fobbed off to answerphones and delay tactics.

Who do I talk to about this? I've tried Points of View already but they said it "wasn't really their thing".
