I did this lifeguard course with the knowledge that it would also act as an extended interview and they would see weather they wanted me to work there.....the manager at the end said 'actually i have changed my mind and now i want to have a formal interview with everyone. So instead of starting work on Sunday morning, I have to wait for an interview!!

He said to me yesterday he couldn't do the interview then, becasue he was short of a lifeguard (which would have been me had he just employed me there and then - well technically i am emplyed there as i signed the paper, BUT I STILL HAVE TO HAVE AN INTERVIEW???)

And he hasn't rung yet....i'm getting impatient....i really REALLY need this job.
