My ex and I were at the same house party on Saturday night and when she arrived she threw her toys out of the cot - according to her due to a bad night prior to arriving paired with insecurity about me. Anyway, she apologised to me then before engaging me in conversation for some time. I was too mellow to be bothered by anything that happened, as the issue didn't concern me, it was for her and her boyfriend to resolve. The text said:

'Hiya, it's Em. Hope you dont mind I got ur no off j. Just wanted to apologise for my behaviour sat nite, believe it or not that was an attempt to smooth things over, nt that theres a prob anymore but u no what i mean. anyway, sorry for lumbering u with my pissed off drunkeness.x'

Do I need to reply? I'm worried no response will be seen as a snub, given that we have never been the best of friends, however, what could or would I say?
