I am considering buying a Mac Mini to replace my worn out laptop. From everything I've read it seems like this is a decent (affordable) base for a cheap home studio. This is baring in mind that I want a Mac over a PC.

I would get the 2GHz : SuperDrive model with 2Gb of RAM. I don't mind so much, because I work for a university so I can get education discount.

Has anyone else got one that they use for recording? Pros and Cons?
