My 10 megabyte internet connection is running incredibly slowly, and after looking on airport i can see that its unlocked. Any mac users know how to add a password? I cant work it out.

Everyone else, is there a way to get my neighbors to stop playing such loud music without knocking on the door? From the very loud conversations they've been having they don't sound like very nice people, i don't want to be stabbed. How loud does music have to be to call Environmental Health?
